When you’re a new mum, whether it be your first baby or fifth, it can feel a little like you have no contact with the outside world aside from the occasional health nurse visit!  Mums’ Walking Groups provide you with a way to keep fit, work on your recovery and meet other mums (and bubs!) in a friendly and relaxed environment.  This can also be a great way to get started on the road to better health if you’re at home with small children and cannot make it to the gym.


Walking with a pram is a great way to increase your strength, and children up to 18 months old are welcome (provided they still fit in their pram!).


We run these groups on a ‘no strings attached’ basis – simply come to whatever session suits you however often you like.  Contact Kristina today for details of group times and locations.
